What are you saying about yourself?

How do you see yourself?

What do you say to yourself when troubled times come?

Do you speak life into yourself, or do you speak negativity?

We can only become who we have programmed ourselves to become.

But!!!!
There is good news if you have pressed self-doubt and negativity into yourselves.
You can reprogram yourself at any time. Get started today. You need to start to become great. No one starts off great at anything. We all have to start and work up to Good and then move through Good to become Great. The key – just start.

Examples to start with:

“I am smart”
“I am capable”
“I am healthy and wise”
“I am great at overcoming_(struggle)____”
“My marriage is full of love”
“My significant other is my best friend”
“I am full of energy”
“Energy and health are restored unto me”
“I am promoted”
“I know my purpose”

Take your struggle or weakness, or area where you need to improve and turn it into a positive statement.

Example:
“I am always so angry”
=
“I am happy and peaceful through all circumstances”

“I am not pretty”
=
“I am healthy, wise and beautiful inside and out”

And then practice these every day. Multiple times a day. Every time the negative thought or situation comes, redirect it with a positive statement instead.
I love to find a scripture and add it to mine. God’s Word always fills me full of faith. When I align His Word to my positive statements they seem to be more powerful for me.

Then continue to do this. It won’t happen overnight, but soon, one day you will look back and see that you created that which you said until you believed.
