As I sit and read Nehemiah today I am seeing it in a new light. God is illuminating to me how we are parallel to Jerusalem when it needed its walls rebuilt and how people opposed the restorative work.
It’s a great read for our current reality! I am in chapter 5, but felt led to come and post this now.
I hear God telling us that He is going to rebuild America. America will be rebuilt. But not like we knew it. There will people within our own land who oppose this. And those who oppose God and the restoration will watch in wonder, as those who are for God, begin to emerge from the dust and see their lives come back together.
People are oppressed, but He is here for us. We are not to remain oppressed. We are to turn to Him, make Him our God and He will rebuild our walls.
This is individually, as a community as well as a nation. One by one we will see it.
But there will also be a separation. As some people will not be on the same side as you once thought. We will see a definitive line between those who oppose these changes and those who are for it! Prep your hearts now for that possibly being loved ones.
And those who oppose it now, will watch as God completely sweeps over our land and makes His children who love Him, like new.
Be ready for the shift! It’s coming.
