A few times a year I read Proverbs and Psalms.
Today’s Proverb is speaking to my heart. Sometimes when going through things, all we want to do is focus on the pain. But that does not help us.
We need to focus on the word, praying in the spirit, and keeping our eyes on the end result. Speaking confirmations and declarations.
So many things belong to us that we can do.
But that doesn’t mean it will be easy. It doesn’t mean that is what we will want to do.
But do it and see how your life changes.
The Lord gave me a word of wisdom in a vision a few years ago to help me get through all the crazy twists and turns of life.
Then He continues to speak to me here and there reminding me of what He showed me.
Today’s was in the 23rd Proverb, when He reminded me to stay focused on the right course.
Immediately I remembered what I saw, and that there will be turns and corners all the way. But “keep running”
I will not go by what I see or what I feel, but by what I know.
I will stay my course.
“My child, listen and be wise: Keep your heart on the right course…”
